DOLE XII Welcomes New RD and ARD

City of Koronadal – In Region 12, DOLE warmly welcomes its newest Regional Director in the person of Sisinio B. Cano and Assistant Regional Director Yahya A. Centi whose recent assignments were in Region 9 ( Zamboanga Peninsula).

In the turnover ceremony, DOLE XII Regional Director Sisinio Cano assured that support will always be provided to all personnel.

“Let us have a strong partnership, we may face challenges along the way but we can get through anything as long as we focus on our work with the highest level of integrity. Let us aspire for the best,” RD Cano said

An agriculturist, Regional Director Cano was a former employee of the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) before joining the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB)- CARAGA as Board Secretary VI in 1997 and rose to his rank as full fledged regional director in 2014.

Graduated as Magna Cum Laude, he finished his BS-Agriculture Degree at the Xavier University (Ateneo de Cagayan) and his Master of Agro-Industrial Technology Management at the Mindanao Polytechnic State College.

Blessed with three wonderful kids ( Gerardo Antonio, Paolo Miguel and Nicolo Lorenzo) and loving wife Julalee, RD Cano is a resident of Cagayan de Oro City.

Assistant Regional Director Yahya A. Centi who is a registered nurse will be on his second term in Region 12 after serving in Zamboanga.

Outgoing OIC-Regional Director Albert E. Gutib will assume as a full fledged Assistant Regional Director in Region 9 under the leadership of former Dubai Labor Attache and Regional Director Ofelia B. Domingo.

“I am very thankful for the support you have given to me, we hope that our partnership will continue,” OIC-RD Gutib said.

 

 

 

Outgoing Assistant Regional Director Naomi Lyn C. Abellana who will be transferred in Region XII  also expressed her gratitude to DOLE XII personnel for the support and respect given to her.
